Where are you located?

We are located inside of the Gardenville Commerce Center at 40 Gardenville Parkway Suite 241, West Seneca NY 14224.

$5.00 discount on any service for veterans

$10.00 discount for each person you refer to us!

Birthday Program 

Receive a coupon to use during your birthday month! Additionally, if you come in on your birthday, we will have a treat waiting for you. Make sure you are signed up to receive our emails and keep an eye out!

Should I arrive early?

 All guests are asked to arrive approximately 5 minutes early. Arriving promptly on time allows enough time to discuss the client’s health history, any concerns one may have and treatment plans with the therapist.

 

What if I'm late?

 We understand, life happens. If you will be arriving late, please provide some notice and we will work hard to ensure your appointment time is in its entirety. If a client arrives late, the appointment time will be reduced, at scheduled price, to ensure appointments after yours are not altered. If a client is late by 15 minutes or more with no notice, this will be considered a “no-show”.

 

What if I need to cancel?

You may cancel your appointment free of charge up to 48 hours proceeding your appointment. We value our clients time, as well as our therapists and we understand plans need to be changed sometimes! Appointments failed to be cancelled without 48-hour notice will be charged 50% of the price of the service. Appointments failed to be cancelled or rescheduled within 12 hours of your appointment or are a no show for an appointment will be charged the full price of the booked service.

 

What if no-show to my appointment?

If you do not show up or call at least 12 hours in advance to cancel your appointment, you will be subject to pay full price for your booked appointment.

 

Can I reschedule my appointment?

As our business grows, our appointment availability becomes more limited. Book in advance to best ensure your spot!

 

What if I am not 18?

 Clients under the age of 18 must have informed consent from a parent/guardian. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian during the service. All new clientele will be required to complete a heath history form. As a licensed healthcare profession, massage therapists need a good understanding of your health to ensure the best specialized treatment for you! If any health updates occur, please inform the therapist at your next appointment.

 

Do you accept cash or card?

 The Body Bar accepts both cash and credit. Cash is always preferred. Electronic or paper receipts are available.

 

Is my information confidential?

All information discussed during each session is confidential and will not be discussed with any other persons unless the client chooses to release that information through a written consent form.

 

Do you accept health insurance?

We currently accept Blue Cross Blue Shield and are gladly accepting eligible patients! When booking an appointment, please leave your health insurance member ID, birthday, and group number in the comments. We also ask that all appointments must be booked 24 hours in advance Monday through Friday for first time bookings; this allows enough time to verify all member services. All insurance-covered massages are a 50-minute Swedish massage. If you would like to book a different service, you are responsible for the price difference of the service.

Why do I have to put a credit card on file?

When you book an appointment, we are setting aside that time for you. Your credit card on file is only ever used if you schedule an appointment and then do not show up or do not cancel your appointment within 24 hours. The cancellation fee is $50 and no-show fee is the full price of the service and will be charged once your appointment time has been missed. Thank you for understanding!

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes, we sell e-gift certificates under the "book" tab or physical gift cards available for a scheduled-pick up. We operate under appointment only and require a a scheduled pick up for all gift cards. 

Do gift cards expire? 

All gift cards expire one year after activation. Please enjoy your service within one year to avoid any forfeit of gift card amounts. Thank you so much!

COVID-19 Updates

  • All personal care services have been deemed safe and able to reopen, including massage therapy, facials, and all other esthetic services

  • Masks are not required by NYS to have on during the treatment, regardless of vaccination status.

  • Please cancel or reschedule your appointment if you are not feeling well or have come into contact with anyone who has COVID-19 within the past 14 days

  • Although hand washing is the best form of cleaning your hands, please utilize the hand sanitizer provided to you here before beginning treatment

  • All linens and surfaces have been, and always will be, cleaned and disinfected with hospital-grade disinfectants after each client
